This is a beautiful Franklin Mint "Royal Geographic Society Millennium Clock" in search of a new home! This clock is selling elsewhere on eBay asking twice the price. I'm asking less not because of a quality issue, but rather we are downsizing and I am hoping to find it a new owner soon! Tested recently and has a lovely soft tick. - There is a digital component on the base that we haven't used.
