WWII Hamilton version of the H-37500 5-dial aircraft clock, case marking H000716, plate SN 2H2515, with desk stand. Refurbished, cleaned and lubricated with any broken or compromised parts replaced, original fluorescent dial and hands, very good condition. All functions are operating correctly and the clock is keeping excellent time. Will be carefully packaged for safe shipment via USPS Priority Mail (large flat rate box), for US shipment only. Elapsed Time Clock for the advanced collector. This was the most advanced clock/watch Hamilton made; over 400 parts so not a DIY project. Double mainspring, 5 dials, date, stop watch, elapsed time, and TOD. Used in the F-4U Corsair and other navy aircraft. Good Heavy Duty Bakelite case, nice dial and hands( not radio active ). Note motion of balance wheel in last photo. Upper knob is replacement. Comes with use instructions, and repair manual is AN05 35A-11 ( not provided) (Condition: Pre-Owned)

eBay Hamilton 37500, 5 Dial WWII Aircraft Clock All Original! One of the nicest ones of these I’ve seen plus it’s in all original condition. The clock runs and keeps pretty good time (runs a bit fast) and all functions work as they should. The features of this WWII Military Aircraft clock clock are: ¨ A 24-hour dial for telling time in hours, minutes and seconds. ¨ A chronograph function for recording short intervals of time in minutes and seconds. ¨ An elapsed time mechanism entirely independent of the chronograph, for measuring longer intervals of time in hours and minutes. ¨ A date function, "civil date". I’ve owned this clock for some time and it has always worked well, but no idea of its service history so selling as is. From the condition it has been cared for and the past owners including me have left it in original condition. Both Hamilton and Elgin made these for the military. This one is a Hamilton with a signed Hamilton case. The Hamiltons are more collectable than the Elgins. And yes, it is missing one screw on the back. WWII HAMILTON 37500 AIRPLANE ELAPSED TIME CLOCK-RUNNING
I am offering a World War II Hamilton Ref. 37500 Elasped Time Chronograph Date aircraft clock. I've included a video of the clock functions. This model of clock was the pinnacle of airplane clocks and actually manufactured by both Hamilton and Elgin due to the complexity of these units. I purchased this example at a NAWCC Convention in Orlando, FL in the early 2000's. My intention was to have it mounted on the dashboard of a Morgan I commissioned. Alas that did not come to fruition and I never received the Morgan but still have the clock.It is in excellent condition and was serviced previously to my purchase. It is currently running and keeping time. The chronograph does function correctly. As the service was done 20+ years ago the ultimate collector would have is lubricated. No damage on the Bakelite type case. The glass crystal is excellent and it it a very nice example. I have priced it aggressively and would like it to sell to someone who appreciates the rarity and complexity of the pinnacle of American aircraft clock design. Please e-mail with any questions. eBay This is an amazing piece of history and great for Your collection either to get restored or to be viewed. The condition is SEEN IN PHOTOS(for parts as is)I don’t offer returns unless I clearly stated something wrong. I will cancel your purchase if you ask before I ship.The first problem is the big dial hand wouldn’t spin on its own unless done with the setting arm. The second thing is when I opened it I think I dislodged the arm that connects to the balance wheel so it stoped ticking. It might still be inside there somewhere or it may have fallen out I’m honestly not sure it’s very small. It’s also missing two case screws seen in photos which isn’t a big deal. Other than that it’s a beautiful clock. I has some cosmetic signs on wear seen in the photos.It has all its dials.If you have any other questions I may be able to answer but I’m not an expert.
