Late 18th century Louis XVI French Gilt Bronze Diana Mantel Clock
Late 18th century Louis XVI Ormolu Clock, by Lamy GougeDate and Origin:French, circa 1790's Dimensions:H 14.75 in. x W 11.5 in. x D 5 in. late 18th to early 19th century French gilt bronze mantel clock, featuring the Roman goddess, Diana. Base features frieze of cherubs. Wonderful guilloche detailing on feet and decorative parts of base. Enamel dial with Roman numerals. Dial is signed "Lamy Gouge a Paris". Lamy Gouge was the "Horloger du Roi" between 1804 and 1820. The case is likely cast by Jean-Andre Reiche or Claude Galle, who were known to work with Lamy Gouge by the early 1800s Condition:Good condition overall. Presents very well. Loose quiver may not be original. I believe it to be an Empire period replacement from a different clock.The mechanism is sold "as-is". The clock was able to run, but fast. The pendulum needs to be replaced and a key will need to located.No noted condition issues to the dial. Gilt finish is rubbed at parts.

Aaron Willard School- can not find any visible Markings Unmarked I seen one almost like this marked Aaron Willard- made in Boston Federal Period c1790-1830.This is a Key Wind up clock.This clock is all Original.Comes from one estate-The Dr.Charles McCuthen estate and is Estate Fresh.It is missing the original Key and the Clock Face is peeling. I was notified by a very knowledgeable person who gave me some information on this clock. It is from the Federal Period and runs on what is called "T-Movement". Other then those the 2 issues this clock is all original and is in Excellent Condition. Please research other Banjo Clock of this Period and compare-This is a Special Clock! Except for what is mentioned this clock is in EXCELLENT CONDITION! With a little restoration and cleaning up this clock would have a incredible amount of worth! MEASURES: 33 1/2" x 10" x 4". Antique 1790's Colonial Mahogany Grandfather Clock Case
Very rare Colonial mahogany tall clock case is 90% complete and in amazingly original unrestored condition. Both doors have all of the original hinges and are working properly. Upper case comes off easily with hidden lever. Original mortise lock on lower door is there but will need a key made. Extremely delicate construction of highly figured wood makes this case a very unlikely survivor. I currently have an inexpensive antique-looking Barnes and Noble battery-powered wall clock carefully mounted in it which I am happy to include with the case. 74 inches tall by 18 inches wide by 9 inches deep. NO original movement or internals. (Condition: Pre-Owned)

circa 1790 long case clock movement complete with clock face weights & pendulum
circa 1790 Long case grandfather clock movement complete with original clock face with pendulum and weights. Mechanism has been cleaned and fully restored to working condition. Weight stings were replaced with modern gut and the clutch was rebuilt. Cast iron weights and pendulum is original the pendulum rod was replaced. Face plate indicates a Walker & Hughes manufacture in Birmingham England - They were reported to work together from 1812 - 1835. The original brass bell is present and the very heavy brass movement has been cleaned and polished. This item will ship in 3 boxes due to it sizes and weights - the weights will be shipped flat rate, the pendulum and rod will ship in another box and the movement with clock face, original hands and vintage winding handle will ship in a 3rd box. $75.00 total flat rate shipping for all 3 boxes. Asking $500 for movement but will consider reasonable offers. (Condition: Refurbished)
