Here is a scarce Jefferson Golden View Mystery Clock in wonderful condition , working steadily when tested. The Golden View clock was first introduced in 1956 and is much more difficult to find than the relatively common Golden Hour version. This example is in remarkable condition for its age and its 24 its gold plated hand assembly and retaining rings still show a beautiful luster. The mahogany base has a gold anodized aluminum beading encirclement and retains its original finish with one small as blemish pictured . Bottom has original cover plate and felt pads. The 6" dial has a black engraved chapter ring with gold numerals at 3, 6, 9 and 12 o'clock with markers for the other hours. The gold plated brass hands actually have radium paint in the center, of course harmless now. Just a wonderful clock from the mid twentieth century in working order, but not tested for accuracy.
