Appears gently used if used at all. Has instructions, power cord for displaying on a table, styrofoam protector, and everything else pictured. COA also included. Item has been tested and works great. Volume is crisp and spinning bottom and Pharroh head all move as intended. One ear of a sphinx weight broke, but I repaired it with glue. Once the backplate is off, there appears to be a small inner chipped piece, but it may be part of design, can't tell for certain. Comes with batteries but they are really jammed in there.
