Listed as used seems to be in good working condition I can move the hands and it chimes whenever it hits say 10:00 p.m. it will chime 10 times. Without the keys I can't rightly say that it is fully operational but the inside is very clean so it's possible it can be restored. Mild tarnish on the metal and some scratching along the edge. Back could use some paint and maybe a new cover plate because it's a bit Rusty. Quite an exquisite piece for a clock over 100 years old. Open to possible reasonable offers!
