Clock mech is working, keeps accurate timeThe second hand however, falls back down top heavy- I have photographed the clip that attaches to the movement in case this is the issue? Seems like probably a simple fix.The finish has some white marks I notice at an angled glance- I have only cleaned this with a damp rag so I'm not sure if this is dirt Small flaw to the enamel on the red flag of the second hand as wellAll flaws are shown in photosPlease feel free to ask any messages
