Up for auction is a very rare original estate find Belfast Sparkling Water Advertising Glo-Dial desk clock, measuring 11 inches tall x 8 inches wide. The clock came out of an estate of an antique dealer in Corona Del Mar, CA and when plugged in the second hand starts moving as it should, but the hour and minute hands are tough to set. Also, the wiring is disconnected and I'm guessing there used to be a small transformer at the bottom for the neon. The chrome is in decent shape and has some scratches and pitting. The glass is in very nice shape but has some scum residue around the perimeter. This piece is being sold AS-IS and as a project. I saw a nice fully working one sell for $1,950.00 on the Ebay archives and this one is being offered at less than half of that price. Shipping to run $29.50 in the USA and $175.00 to Europe or Japan.
