19th C. French Ships Wheel & Anchor Timepiece Nautical Desk Clock Bronze Antique

An antique nautical themed desk clock with a ship's wheel and anchor. I think this is French and from the late 19th century. I'm not a clock expert so please bear with me - I don't have the clocks original key, but I wound it with a universal key and it's been running for a few hours now (see the video). I don't know more about the condition of the movement than that. The clock stands approximately 7.5 inches tall, and the base is just under 7 inches by approximately 4 inches. There is wear to the finish of the body of the clock, and the anchor rests in a hole in the wood and where it has slid out of the hole it has scratched the wood (the tip of the pen is pointing to this).
