Offered here is a beautiful near mint, serviced & fully functioning late 1960's Jaeger LeCoultre *528-8* ATMOS Round Roman Numeral Dial Mantel Clock, serial number 299,991. The mint 15 jewel Jaeger LeCoultre signed movement (528/1) has been fully serviced and timed and the bellows (dated '69) has been checked and is functioning. The original LeCoultre signed dial, which has unique black Roman numerals and applied markers, is in mint condition as are the black tipped gold hands. The rear bellows housing is near perfect with some very light aging at the top but no cracks. The original 24k gold plated finish on the exterior is in beautiful condition with no notable wear or damage and no splits on the base. All of the fixed glass panels, including the removable front door, are perfect with no scratches or chips and the top lucite panel is perfect as well. The important leveling bubble in the front base is fine and functions properly. I've owned, restored and have sold quite a few of these beautiful Atmos clocks and this a near pristine 1969 round dialed example that anyone would be proud to display in their home.
