Vintage French Brass Inlay Boulle Hanging Bracket Shelf Mantel Wall Clock.Beautiful vintage clock. Does not work, it seems like the pendulum only swings in one direction, I was unable to see what is stopping it, you will see I have the pendulum outside of the guide that it should be in. It does swing better like this and the minute hand will move as it swings but it will stop have a few minutes. It’s also missing the bell, the hammer does work at the top of the hour but it’s not hitting anything. The clock is in very nice condition and displays very nicely.
