This beautiful regulator wall clock was manufactured by the New York Standard Watch Co. in 1895. It features a stunning oak frame and is signed by the company. The clock is electrically wound and has a self-winding movement that is powered by batteries. It also has a silent/no ticking feature that makes it perfect for any room in your home, including the foyer, porch, living room, home office/study, lounge, hallway, and dining room.With a rectangular shape and a brown color, this antique clock is a great addition to any Americana-style decor. It has a display type of analog and a movement of battery wound. The clock is 19.5” in length, 44” in height, and 6” in width. It is an original piece from the Edwardian era (1901-1910) and was manufactured in the United States.- this clock has been TESTED and is OPERATING.- White dial with Roman numerals, new six volt battery, wound with brass bob pendulum in a light oak case with a molded cornice over a leaf motif applied frieze and longege and bead molding, original (wavy) glass panel door.- Sigismund Fisher held the patent marked on the time piece and casing (Feb. 1897).- Fisher owned and operated the Fisher Electric Co., N.Y. and began production in 1895.He formed an association with the New York Standard Watch Co. soon after production began.- This association to make clocks under the NY Standard name lasted until 1902 when the company was sold to the Keystone Case Company.In 1903, production of clocks was halted.Such Antique moniker circa 1895 1903 Measurements: 63” tall, 19.5” wide, 7” deep, weight - Clock to be professionally packaged and insured for full purchase price Additional photo’s available upon request.
