For your consideration today we have the following. A Curtis & Dunning, Concord, Mass, patent timepiece or hanging banjo clock.It has a gilt and mahogany case, roman numeral painted metal dial, moon hands, weight driven brass movement. Case is an old finish.Looks to be the original dial it is fastened to the case with two L-turns. It has wear to the numbers and surface stains. The original signature is worn and difficult to read, but enough remains to identify the maker.The tablets are old and possibly original. They appear to have been out of the frames at some time. The bottom corner glue blocks are replacements in my opinion. See pictures as they are part of the listing. Good weight , pendulum , bob, movement , suspension spring.
