Jaeger LeCoultre Atmos 540 Clock For Parts or Restoration 662494 Serial READ BH
SOLD $995.00 Sold: Sep 8, 2024 on eBayOriginal Listing Description
The photos are part of the description so please review carefully. Comes as shown unless otherwise noted. Please ask questions before purchase. This clock was given to a hallmark mechanic on his 25 year work anniversary in 1991. The family I got it from told me it was displayed for less than a year and spent the rest of the time in the box in the storage room. That is how it appears. It comes with the original box and packaging as well as the plate that was attached as given by hallmark. The interior of the clock appears very clean and like new. There is a faint smoke smell to the box and padding as the owner smoked in their home. This was stored I their storage room so the smoke smell was not as heavy. I watched some videos on how it operates and carefully attempted to run it. Admittedly I was nervous about doing it so not sure if it was done properly. When I tested it made sure it was leveled using the built in leveling system, unlocked per instruction and turned the wheel 1/4 turn and let go. It would run and go back and forth for maybe 30 minutes before coming to a stop. I did not test any further or attempt to make any adjustments for fear of damaging the clock. Happy to take any additional photos or testing per request. (Condition: Parts Only)
