A beautifully brass restored Schatz 1000 day clock with glass dome, winding key and basic instructions. The clock measures 6-1/8'' w x 9'' h If you're a collector the Schatz 1000 day clock should be in your top ten and I would put it around sixth. This clock has a huge main spring barrel that makes this clock unique and a locking pendulum devises. Restoration consists of complete dismantle, parts cleaned, polished, coated with clear lacquer, two coats of museum quality wax on base, reassembled with some new parts, lubricated, and adjusted for long running. This Schatz clock features a two jeweled movement, leveling feet, original glass dome and a excellent pendulum locking devise. This is a spring wound clock capable of running 1000 days and can be fairly accurate for three months at a time when adjusted properly. NEW PARTS 1. A quality made German main spring. 2. New Horolovar suspension spring. 3. Special lacquer and wax on brass base. This is a clock is from my private collection and my wife said something had to go so I'm having a red tag sale- item #118 Free insurance is included.
