Listed here is this beautiful Italian ceramic and brass mantel clock and garniture set. It features a French empire style gold tone clock and matching garniture. The case is accented with a ceramic urn finial set above gold tone leaves in relief with embossed leaves and beads throughout. The case is flanked with porcelain columns. The center of the case has a brass framed glass front door that displays a brass dial with porcelain numerals, serpentine hands and two key arbors. The image is signed "Lancini", and also carries the maker's marks on the underside case and garnitures. Also marked' Made in Italy" as shown. Circa 1970's. Condition: No repairs or restoration to the case or garniture. The clock ticks for awhile, and then stops. It may need oil, adjustments, ect.
