I know little to nothing about clocks so I am offering this clock AS-ISWe liquidate estates. We get LOTS of clocks Will list more on Ebay ASAPage unknown but going by artist signature Petit may have been made from 1839 to 1886 maker: Japy Feres, Medal of Honor ( see pictures )Front Outside painting artist name signed on outside but I don't know exactly what it spells.. ( see pictures )15.5" x 6" x 12"Pendulum was laying on the bottom, inside the clock.I put Pendulum back on its cradleI wound up both springs.Chime worked 5 minutes after I started the pendulum moving ( 1:00 o'clock )After 5 minutes of running time pendulum stopped going back and forth.My guess needs someone who knows what they are doing to clean & oil the movement Offering this beautiful Mantle clock as is...If local, Check it out in person..Thank you for looking....
