The dial is complete and in a very good shape. Please note, that the dial is missing one knob that secures it to the movement. But you can manually pull the spring. It doesn't effect clock performance and it's not noticeable. Please note, that we take all pictures prior to shipping. We will not issue a refund unless it will be returned with ALL original parts and in original condition. Due to the size and weight of the package, we are unable to ship the item to Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii. We do participate in Ebay international shipping program.
