BEAUTIFUL, VERY RARE, CIRCA 1979 - GAZO "SAN LUIS REY" GRANDFATHER CLOCK
SOLD $4,500.00 Sold: Feb 29, 2024 on eBayOriginal Listing Description
Very rare, beautifully hand carved English Walnut grandfather clock cased by The Gazo Family Clock Company of San Diego, CA. The plaque inside the door dates it to 1979. I bought it from the original owner's family in E. Texas as few years ago. With the "top knot" it stands 92" high, 23" wide and 16" deep. The clock face has porcelain and decorative engraving around the dial. It also has hand etched beveled glass and engraved pendulum and weights. It has a high quality finely crafted, German manufactured, Urgos cable wound movement with Westminster chimes that have beautiful resonance. I will be glad to remove the pendulum and weights and will gently pack around the movement including the chimes to help you ship it either by blanket shipping or you may pick it up yourself here.. If you choose to ship this fine clock, you will need to arrange your own shipping and all costs will be at your expense and full responsibility. Since this is a vintage clock, I cannot offer returns or refunds, it will be sold as is, where is.You can check Uship.com for shipping.
