eBay Offered here is a beautiful serviced & fully functioning early 1960's Jaeger LeCoultre *526-5* Atmos "Baby" Model Round Dial Mantel Clock, serial number 138,098. The mint 15 jewel Jaeger LeCoultre signed movement (526) has been fully serviced and timed and the bellows (dated '61) has been checked and is functioning. The original white painted dial, which has applied gold markers & numerals, is in mint condition as are the original black tipped gold hands. There is a slight even patina on the inner surfaces & rear bellows housing is near perfect with a few spots but no cracks. The plated finish on the exterior is in perfect condition having just been professionally 24k triple gold plated. All of the fixed glass panels, including the front door, are perfect with no scratches or chips and the Jeager LeCoultre script on the front door is intact. The important leveling bubble in the front base is fine, although slightly hazy, and functions properly. I've owned, restored and have sold quite a few of these beautiful Atmos clocks and this a near pristine 1961 round dialed example that anyone would be proud to display in their home.
