Mid Century Atomic Ball Clock by Frederick Weinberg
Mid Century Atomic Ball Clock by Frederick Weinberg
SOLD $975.00 Sold: Sep 24, 2023 on eBayOriginal Listing Description
Mid Century Atomic Ball Clock by Frederick WeinbergVintage mid century atomic ball clock. Believed to be by Frederick Weinberg. It is not signed anywhere that I see. Unfortunately, someone removed the original electric movement and put in a cheap quartz movement. Selling this as found. Appears to be all original and shows age / patina. Some of the balls are loose and may need some glue. I'm not sure if this clock originally had a seconds hand or not. If not, the one present would not be original to the clock. The only possible damage I see is where someone might have enlarge the opening in the back to remove / replace movement. Displays nicely. Clock is about 16-1/2" diameter and 6" deep. Case is made of some type of metal, maybe white metal. Balls are wooden. Black bend rods are iron. See pictures for more details Payment must be received within 4 days. I always try to combine shipping as much as possible. I post feedback in bulk only a few times a month. eBay now collects sales tax in most US states. Other shipping info of interest. Generally most items get shipped same day or within 1 business day of payment being received. I ship most small lighter items USPS Priority Mail, or First Class mail. Heavier items, larger items, more fragile, and items of higher value are shipped FedEx or UPS. I reserve the right to decide which method of shipping is best. In some cases I may choose to upgrade shipping from Ground to Priority Mail. I carefully package and secure items when packaging them. LOCAL PICKUP HERE IN EPHRATA IS WELCOME.
