Here we have a Bergeon Clock Bushing Tool 6200 & 6200-ER Bushes set combo that also includes an extra set of miscellaneous Bushes and 6 open boxes of Bushing Assortments. Bergon 6200 & 6200-ER Busing Tools are used for holding clock movement plates while performing several operations with the tools, such as centering the old worn hole, reaming / milling a hole for a new or replacement bush and fitting bushes. Can be adjusted for clock plates from small desk clocks to grandfather clocks. By using appropriate stakes and punches, this tool removes and replaces brass or bronze bushes even for very large clocks. Details: This tool has a bed with two sliding arms fitted with clamping screws, which allows the plate being worked to be held firmly in a horizontal position. Once this is done, it is very easy to get the perfect center. This tool allows the bushing of plated from 50mm to 220mm and movements with a pillar height up to 70mm. Bushing machine includes a robust cast aluminum frame, finely ground steel spindle with hand wheel, and 2 arms with adjustable clamping claws. Bergeon tool accessories set in wooden base 6200-ER. This set includes 21 Bushes and comes in the original Bergeon Box. Extra Set of miscellaneous Bushes that is missing one piece. This set includes 20 pieces that come in the original box. Condition: Excellent Condition! These tools were used in a clock maker & clock repair shop, so all pieces show wear from prior use. The 6200 Bushing tool is mounted on a wood base. The 6200 shows smudging, scratches, discoloration, dust, oil, and small gouges, please see photos. The 6200-ER Bushing set shows wear from prior use. They have small patches of rust on some of the tools, as well as scratches, smudging, oil, dust, and general wear, please see photos. The 6200-ER come in the Bergeon box with the tools being set in a wood base. The original box shows heavy wear, please see photos. The miscellaneous set comes in a box with a closing clasp but there are no markings to identify the manufacture. I believe they are also from a 6200-ER set but I’m not sure, please see photos. This set shows heavy wear and staining on the box and the tools show some rust spots, oil, dust, smudging, scratching, and overall wear. There are 6 open boxes of clock bushing assortments that are not complete sets, please see photos for contents.
