Crafted in the baroque style in solid bronze ormolu with three tones of gildings. Fitted with retractable handle, a hinged secret door and two beveled glass windows, Extensively decorated with scrolls and foliage and with four semi nudes caryatides at each corner.Dial: Round in white porcelain with black Arabic numerals, blued steel spade hands and inscription partially erased; W. Ward & Sons New York & Newport France Movement: Mechanical key winding 8 days, 13 jewels. Signed CH.
