Rare Lux/Keebler KITTY CAT Over The Fence Pendulum Clock w Box and Key

This is a rare bird. Has the box (Says orange) so not sure if this is the original box and key. Sold for parts as I cant get it to work. Wont wind. Maybe its overwound, i have no idea how to work clocks.
