When white neon tube is powered on it flickers and does not fully light up so it will need attention repairs The stem that sets the time does not function and needs attention. The glass face is chip/crack free and in very nice condition. The metal casing has a few dings from age but still presents very well. Hanging chain seems to have been replaced.
