PICS ARE THE DESCRIPTION Electric Neon Clock Company Pinwheel spinner clock. Cleveland illusion wheel clock. All original except for new transformer, chord, and white neon ring which were added to make the clock function properly. The clock face is extremely nice and the can is average. My preference is to make a person to person hand off or to have someone pick it up. I will ship the clock, BUT I will only ship the clock if the winning bidder agrees to some very simple terms. I am NOT a postal carrier. Insurance provided on items shipped for a reason. If something is broken or damaged
