S. HALLER / ELGIN 400 DAY ANNIVERSARY TORSION CLOCK & BOX NEVER USED!!!!

Offered is a never used , German Haller 400 day / Anniversary clock.  This clock was purchased in the early 80’s and never unwrapped.   Elgin sold these clocks as well as Haller.   Glass dome.  Has the crazy Haller movement with the winding crank instead of a key. Skeletonized movement. I have repaired a number of these over the years, this is the first one I have ever seen with the box, crank and instructions.  Free shipping within the US.
