Very rare & unusual clock from the 70's or 80's, small LEDs mark the hours/minutes while the second hand LED circles them, in the bottom section is a single LED that "swings" back and forth to simulate a pendulum. The clock is powering on fine and many if not most of the LEDs are lit but many are not, it seems about half of the "hour" LEDs are not lit, the minute and second "hand" ones all seem to light up.....this may be due to the switch used to set the hours is in need of a cleaning as when pressed it seems a little wonky (or the LEDs themselves may need replacing).
