I do not know how you will hang heavy weights. I don’t see enought hooks on the chains. I do not know anything about this clock functionality. I got in tag sale. Weights were wrapped nice, so I understood that owners took going care of it. No returns. Shipping is expensive since I have to pack carefully and with a lot protection
