It was previously opened and I was not sure of completeness of the kit set so I took out all parts and manually counted against the parts list. It appears to be all the parts are included. I will repackage and ship in new boxes for safe delivery the original confetti shipping fill will not be reused. I use cardboard, paper sheets and bubble wrap for protection.
