Welch wall clock .As the pictures show it is ornate with rope style columns .It is currently running and striking .The dimensions are about 38 inches in height . 16 inches in width,and 6 inches in depth The finish on the case is very good .The movement is stamped E.N. Welch .The E. N. Welch company existed from 1864 to 1903 .The clock dial is printed C and H CARTWRIGHT LONDON .I am guessing that this was a clock made for the English market .The pictures are a part of the description .Please ask questions before biddin
