Old mantle clock marked Fabrik Marke Prazision Graham 8 Tage There is no pendulum but when the clock is sitting level the little arm that the pendulum hooks onto goes back and forth. It has been sitting in the house for a couple of days and it is working even without a pendulum. Chimes at the proper time.. I would guess that it still needs cleaning and servicing. The felt is dirty and there are some cracks in the gold paint. The clear oval is plastic and has scratches and is rubbed. No key or pendulum.
