This Lackner "Nassau" neon glow clock is in very nice condition. The clock runs quiet and it keeps perfect time. The genuine neon tube produces a beautiful bright yellow glow that looks fantastic in a darkened room. The bakelite case does have two repaired hairline cracks. These cracks were minor and they have been repaired very well. The reverse painted internal glass dial is cracked but it still fits securely in place and does not move around. Beautiful Lackner Neon Glo Bakelite Electric Clock etched edge lite face. Beautiful original clock in perfect condition. These clocks have gotten very hard to find. I only buy these when the Bakelite cases are in perfect shape with no chips or cracks. Clock has been fully taken apart and serviced. Cord has also been replaced. Neon gives a nice green glow. Hard to find clock.
This is a "Chevy Time" neon clock made by Lackner. It is in non-working condition 160; The neon tube is broken, and it is missing the front glass. Clock motor and transformer appear to be present (see photos), but operating condition is unknown. There are bumps, bruises, and bends, but it's a worthy project. Look at the photos closely. Sold "as is" with no returns.

This clock example is very rare. Seldom found and especially in this nice of condition. Edge lit acrylic gives off a brilliant glow. Day or night. The Stainless bezel houses the neon and electronics while backlighting the opaque word GRUEN.

Hello and welcome to this auction. I am selling items that I have accumulated through the years. This item is for a Lackner neon glo Bakelite clock. The butterscotch color is bright and the neon works. It does keep time. This would be a great clock for any collection. The condition of this item great overall. It does have some issues. First, there is a gap between the bottom trim ring and the case. It is nailed on and could probably be taken off and re-bent to fit better. The second issue is the trim ring holding the glass is slightly bent and does not sit against the case tight. T
