You are looking at an extremely rare Jaeger LeCoultre skeleton clock. Made circa 1960. Very fine and very rare. This amazing clock keeps perfect time and has been completely restored by LeCoultre in Switzerland. Baguette, skeletonize, 16 jewels, train running in a straight line in a small two bar frame. Straight line escapement, mono-metallic balance with self compensating Brequet balance spring. Double plated face with front glass and night stars in the background. Eight brass balls holding the upper case.Size approx. 6.2" tall x 7.5" wide x 2.2" deep. appraisal at $4500-$5000.

Jaeger LeCoultre skeleton table clock with in-line baguette, "pendule" or "banjo" type 8-day 16 jewel caliber 250 movement. Jaeger LeCoultre in-house manufactured movement disigned in the 1930's, made as caliber 210 and caliber 250. Caliber 210 did not have any shock protection, while the caliber 250 has a Kif shock protection device. Clock is in great pre-owned condition, winds and runs flawlessly and keeps accurate time. It is in used working condition, the case has some tarnish and discoloration that we couldn't clean, it is under the lacquer, the front glass has a crack that is on the inside, the front feels smooth under the finger.
