This is a surviving example of a Howard Tower Clock. It is an 8-day timepiece. The serial number is It has the orginal paint and striping with some losses. It comes with the pendulum and weight. Would make a great gift of keep for yourself! Check out this beautiful E. Howard & Company Wall Clock. Made in Boston, MA. Has the key for the case that operates the lock. The lock works. See lock pic, not sure if lock mechanism is original or not. Fancy embossed detailed knob on the front of the wood case as well as the ring around the keyhole, as well. The finials are all in place on the wood case. This is the one watchman station model from what we have researched. This fine Wall Clock is being offered to you at a price below what you would see in a high end auction house or clock shop. We have been selling items out of our home for over 35 years. We can therefore better control our acquisition costs, keep commission costs low (if applicable), and finally, we don't have the overhead that the high end auction houses and Clock Shops experience.The clock was made in the late 1880s period. Beautiful, maybe a cherry wood case, on this one. Nice receded detailing on the front of the case. Scalloped trim along the top. The back of the wood case appears to be made of mahogany wood. Stencils noting the Watch Clock model are still on the door. Looks like old glass in the case. The front door is securely attached to the rest of the case by the hinges. The glass is intact, no cracking or blistering. Nice old rippling glass here, not some new smooth replacement glass.Has the one lead weight with a brass casing as this is a time only clock. Cannot say if original to the clock or not. Comes with a wind key. Should be an 8 day movement. The pendulum Bob is 4.5” across. The pendulum rod is made of wood and painted gold. Some loss of the paint on the rod.Some sun lightening to the right side of the case over the years. A couple of new stainless brackets on back of case added sometime in the past to make the case more stable, see pics. A shrinkage crack runs across the top of the case.This clock face has roman numerals at all 12 positions. Certainly some paint loss from over the years. Nice looking matching hands on the clock. We see no cracks or splits in the wood case, nor any missing pieces. This clock is being sold in not running condition as have not yet had an opportunity to hang and test it out. The clock is 58.25" tall, 19" across, by 9.25" wide. The clock face is 9.25" across. Let us know if you have any questions or need additional pictures. Antique Wall Clock 17" Boston Chelsea Movement AS IS Brass Wood PARTS OR RESTORE
You're bidding on an antique wall clock - 17 1/4" max diameter, 12 1/2" face diameter, about 4 1/2" depth - heavy wood case, solid brass face with bronze hands and numerals, & nickel plated face. Clock is marked on the front, "Smith, Patterson Company - Boston". Movement is marked as manufactured by Chelsea Clock Co., Boston, MA.NOTE - clock is NOT in working condition - it appears to be overwound, and may have other mechanical issues - I'm not by any stretch of the imagination a clock expert - although note that the works look very clean and bright in appearance - SOLD AS IS AS FOUND. Smith Patterson & Co. was basically the Tiffany & Co. of Boston in the late 19th-early 20th century - particularly known for high quality jewelry, watches & clocks. Chelsea Clock Company was founded in 1897 and still operates today - at the time, their reputation for quality was peerless, solidified by a contract with the U.S. Navy for ship clocks. Note some scratch/wear to the face, but still a great looking piece, with heavy wood housing, and nice decorative bronze hands and numbers. Winding key is present, but note the speed adjustment key is not. Screws are all still present but note, one screw is loose due to the hole being stripped. Some specks of white paint splatter from the clock apparently being painted around in the past. Definitely worth repair restoration The Chelsea movement is worth the price of admission itself for parts. Rare Antique Aaron Willard Weight Driven Banjo Wall Clock
This listing is for a rare early Massachusetts banjo clock.The clock is quite gorgeous with its wooden case, brass detailing, and painted glassThe clock has an 8 day weight driven time only movement The dial is signed “Aaron Willard Boston.”The middle glass says “Willard’s patent.”This clock appears to be in overall good condition and has been well cared for.The movement was last serviced in 2019. It ran and when recently tested. Though this clock is in overall good shape, there are some signs of normal wear and age. The dial for one appears to have been retouched several times. The signature was amateurly darkened with dark ink. The word “BOSTON” should be capitalized. However, the “TON” is lower case- probably someone’s when filling in the area of paint loss. These details can be seen in the photos with ultraviolet light.The lower pediment also appears to be a later addition as it is newer looking wood. The clock most likely would not have had the pediment originally. Of course someone could probably remove it if desired Please note that any mechanical clock that is moved or shipped might require adjustments upon arrival, and thus time accuracy cannot be guaranteed. 1940s-1950s Electric Neon Clock Company - Cleveland, Ohio. 3rd owner BEAUTIFUL 1940-1950 service station/gas station exposed neon clock. Â I was told it came from a long for gas station in Sparkhill NY. Â New movement and works flawlessly with I believe they call it a hammered metal type of paint. Needs new adjustment rod, comes with rear wall mount. Pic is more of a stock photo but Iâ??ll post more. Green and blue just like in the photo. Easy on/off exterior pull chain. Local pickup only, way too delicate!!!

This collectable has an engraved Walnut Case with glass front,two glass side panels, and three (3) carved brass weights driven. For sale is a beautiful and elegant grandfather clock. Beautiful detailed finish, has some scuffs and scratches but overall in great shape. I have provided close ups of the scuffs and what appears to be over spray (paint). 1954 Howard Miller Diamond Kite Clock George Nelson MCM Model 2217 Table top
Here's your chance at the model #2217 Diamond / Kite clock, the table-top version of George Nelson's 1954 design, for Howard Miller.Now sadly this one has seen better days however that opens up the possibility of an affordable "diamond in the rough" for one who's satisfied to display as-is. Or, for the handy one whom has access to parts or the ability to repair, a project. It retains its original Howard Miller sticker, original hands, & a pair of original porcelain wire nuts.Condition: The electric motor does not run. Many of the 10 "map push pin" type clock face pins are missing. A simple internet search reveals map push pins tacks that could be installed for a better display and could be an easy replacement option. The hands match other original models found with research. As you can see the hour hand has two black lines on it and the minute hand has a bend in it. If there ever was a second hand, it's long gone. Please look closely at the picture that shows the motor, the two screws that held the back section to the front are broken and still embedded in the front section of the clock. These will either need to be carefully extracted out or maybe for the as-is and display fella two tiny spots of glue to semi permanently secure the back to the front. Otherwise, scattered areas or age-related paint loss. Measurements: Wooden face; at widest point is 10 1/4", & at the tallest point is 6 1/4", and is 5 1/2" deep. It shows well retains a lot of its original paint. It looks like the clock has had some touchup restoration repair done in the past. It’s is a really nice example of a rare clock. Antique Riley Whiting Tall Case / Grandfather Clock c. 1815
Very original Whiting clock; the only thing I see NOT original is one wire support for the bell. The red paint, fretwork, door glass, movement, everything's original! Tin can weights. The bonnet door in not hinged but has 2 clips to turn to remove the door. This was in storage for decades like a barn find Bullitt Mustang.<br />I will have the 2 escapement bushings replaced as they're u-shaped and causing the clock to run then stop. It was likely stored for that reason. The Masonic dial is untouched and perfect. There are no holes in the chimneys indicating finials were there origin

1860’s Bradley & Hubbard Original Cast Iron Blinky Eye Continental Soldier clock. The creepiest clocks ever made! 1860’s original cast iron continental soldier clock with Blinky eyes made by Bradley and Hubbard with an 1857 Patent date and stamp. 16.5” by 10.5” by 7.5”, a red coated continental soldier with a bicorn hat. Paint is 100% original and worn, hat has minor front wear. Clock casing is original movement may not be. Not currently running but movement moves and winds. Likely needs some tinkering. Key included. Eyes are original but may have been repainted. Worn and smooth, most all original joining screws. It’s a magnificent, heavy, large hunk of 19th century cast iron. Rare and wonderful.
