 This is a STUNNING looking Atmos Model 540 Clock. This is the more rare "ELYSEE" with the more desirable dimple style pendulum.The 3 posts that hold the clock up over the pendulum taper in and taper back out and I've NEVER SEEN that before. COULD BE VERY RARE Variation ??Recent estate sale purchase runs for about an hour and stops.The clock appears to have been sold new in October 1996 in Princeton NJ.The clock runs on changes in the air temperature and never needs winding.Serial # 688412 & Original warranty card dates this to approximately 1996 ?Made in Switzerland with 13 Jewels.Clock is relatively clean for 28+ years old and has a good working bubble level.It shows some basic minor scratches and expected wear and tear for well cared for item of this age.One Half of one of the two little springs on the far right side that hold the glass is broken but has no effect on holding the glass in.If I didn't point it out you might never notice it!Photos are very much part of the description so please look carefully, and feel free to ask questions.Has an excellent removable front glass panel with the the most minimal of chips to the corners. There is a plaque on this showing it was a gift in 1996 from Great Western Financial Corporation. It stands 9" tall and is about a 6" x 7" in size.  eBay You are getting the exact item pictured. Please look closely at the picture pictures for your own opinion. Any damage not pictured will be described. I am the second owner of this rare 100 year anniversary clock. The previous owner has left us sadly. This keeps perfect time for the 8 day period. The weights are heavy and weigh about 3 pounds each. The tip of the pendulum rod is bent. I don't know if this was done at the factory for a perfect place, rather the previous owner did it or if it was an accident. Should straighten easily if you want to do it. The animated scene is a little dusty but works perfectly. The man sews a stitch with each pendulum movement and his wife hits him on the head with a rolling pin on the hour for the correct hour number of times. The face is a little darkened perhaps from age. There are a very few age related hairlines along each side in the painted surface and at the top and bottom of the face. These don't go into the wood and are paint hairlines only. I would recommend a proper cleaning of the movement and animated top if possible. Runs great as is but probably has not been serviced in a long time. I also have all the paperwork and shipping invoices the man got when he ordered it in 1996. Included is a letter from the man who made the movement, Ingolf Haas and his wife Conny Haas who did all the painting on the clock. This paperwork will be included in the shipping box. I have added lots of closeup pictures for your viewing pleasure. There is also a VIDEO of the clock running and striking. The chains have been put in bags and zip tied shut. The spring in the back has been wrapped and the pendulum hanger has been secured inside the back also. Pictures of these things are shown and a note about removing the wraps will be in the box. This will be a large and heavy box as the weights and pendulum weigh about 6 pounds and the clock body weighs about 5 pounds. I use extreme care when packaging and wrapping items. This is a stunning piece of art and a great addition to any collection or any wall. I will ship outside the USA but I use eBay Global Shipping Program only, no exceptions.  eBay: Rare Beautiful antique Gilt Bronze French Vincenti & Cie 1855 Officers Carriage Clock. Clock is being sold as found. It is working but it's service history is unknown. Probably due for a service. I'm not a clock collector just a dealer in collectibles so I will do my best to describe the clock. Looks like the bottom has been replaced at some point I'm not sure. The feet are adjustable. Clock stays running and bell rings how it should. Rings once on the half hour and rings on the hour for however many hours it at. The only issue I see is a very slight bend in the arm that holds the pendulum. I tried to photo it in the last couple of photos. It could be as easy as just bending it a little bit but I'm going to leave that up to the buyer or clock repair professionals. Movement and pendulum both marked serial #1996. This hard to find Swatch wall clock is called "BOXING MAXI" model MGN163. Release date was back 1996. The overall size of the clock is 83" tall, 12.5" wide and 3" deep. This is made of mostly all plastic. PLEASE NOTE: the clock itself is NOT in running order. I tried 4 different C batteries and it didn't start up at all. It did have an old C battery left inside and it had leaked (see pictures) but I cleaned the battery contacts but I still don't hear the clock running. The overall physical condition is very good for it's age. I've purchased replacement movements in the past for other wall clocks so I would assume this can easily be replaced. You can purchase a new movement and pop off the front of the watch and you can access the hands and the back is already exposed making for an easy swap and upgrade. There are a few youtube videos on how this is done and it's looks to be very easy. This is being sold AS-IS, PARTS OR REPAIR ONLY.Shipping Note: This will be shipped via Fedex only due to it's size. The 2 straps of the watch will be removed from the main watch section.
