This is a rare LeCoultre Atmos V "Chinoise", that shows a chinese landscape. Referring to LeCoultre brochures, between 1963 and 1975 this clock was available with 4 different motives (chinese landscape, aquarium, bees and three-master) and two tones (black and white). This is reference 5809 in white. The artist named Marina had developed a special technique to engrave and colorize the plexi so that one sees a three dimensional motive. eBay JAEGER LeCOUTRE "BORNE ATMOS" Up for bid is an extremely rare Jaeger LeCoultre "Bourne" Atmos clock. This clock is dated on the bellows as being manufactured in July of 1963! We had the bellows checked on this clock and it is in good shape. The clock has a 6-inch silvered dial signed LeCoultre Atmos. The clock has gilt brass hands and brass hour markers. The Atmos 526-5 Movement is housed in an arched top brass enclosure with relief Deco Design on the sides. This clock is in very good condition with some scratching and lacquer wear commensurate with age, but the case however maintains most of its original black and gold relief and is in very good condition. This hard-to-find clock measures 8.25 inches high X 7 inches wide and is 4.25 inches deep. This clock is NOT guaranteed to keep accurate time. Beautiful-Mint Serviced 1960's Jaeger LeCoultre Atmos 528-6 Round Dial- Working!
eBay Offered here is a beautiful & mint, serviced and fully functioning mid 1960's Jaeger LeCoultre *528-6* Atmos Round Dial Mantel Clock, serial number 173,450. The mint 15 jewel Jaeger LeCoultre signed movement (528) has been fully serviced and timed and the bellows (dated 63) has been checked and is functioning. The original LeCoultre signed white painted dial, which has applied gold markers & numerals, is in mint condition as are the original gold hands. The rear bellows housing is near perfect with no cracks or notable scratches. The original 24k gold plated finish on the exterior is in mint condition with no wear or damage or stress fractures on the base. All of the fixed glass panels are perfect with no scratches or chips and the top comes on and off without issue. The important leveling bubble in the front base is fine and functions properly. I've owned, restored and have sold quite a few of these beautiful Atmos clocks and this a pristine 1963 round dialed example that anyone would be proud to display in their home.
