This was the first successful mass production model of the anniversary clock starting in 1882. In 1881 Anton Harder and a group of workers in Triberg Germany formed a new company known as (Year Clock Factory) headed by August Shatz. The second model with the gallery pendulum was introduced in 1885 and reproduced in 1981. This first model was the only model produced without a gallery pendulum. That is the reason it is shorter
