 Up for sale is an early antique English clock movement. This movement is for long case/tall case/ grandfather clocks. It dates to the Georgian era and was made by John Kent of Manchester, England (circa 1759).The clock movement is an 8 day time and strike. The movement and dial also have a scrolling lunar moon phase dial and a scrolling solar calendar The dial is nicely adorned with a hand painted scenes on the moon phase and a floral pattern in the corners The dial is a square is about 14.1 inches x 14.1 inchesThis item is part of an inherited estate.
