Antique Oswald Rotating Eye Skull Clock Rare. This clock tries really hard to tick and when tipped over ticks for a while or so and the stops. The tick is not even. It has been sitting gathering dust for a long time so will need some TLC. Eyes rotate Both ways when turning the dial on the back. The clock although a bit stiff winds at the back. Quirky piece and I have not seen may of the skulls being sold so probably quite rare.
