 Herman Miller Grandfather Clock. Condition is Used.<br /> This is perhaps the most beautiful grandfather clock you will ever lay your eyes on. We paid over $10,000 for it and its still in brand new condition. I was told they used 17 different types of wood when making it. It plays beautiful sounds if you want it to. The gold plated pendulum looks majestic as it swings left to right. There are 2 compartments on either side that house the bells and the key to open the front chamber. This will add an incredibly touch of class and grace to any room, and I guarantee everyone who sees it will notice

 Antique 1930’s 5-Tube Grandfather clock movement The case was a Colonial. The movement is stamped Colonial, Winterhalder, and Herman MillerThe movement is complete, it was rebushed at some point, there are 3 bushings on the back plate I don’t see any on the front plate. Bearing wear looks good but servicing is suggested. Escapement drop and lock look evenAll three chains are stamped Winterhalder and measure 60” long The movement has its leader, but Suspension spring is broken. Dial and hands are original. One clip is missing from backside of the dial.Mainwheel clicks are good, quarters activate properly chime sequence is correct. Correction device works properly. Hour Rack & snail are correctAll three trains operate properly on a bench test but I did not test this movement in my test rackSeatboard measures 3/4” X 3-1/4” X 17-5/8”Dial diameter 11-3/4”Minute hand 5” from centerChime/ strike Hammer leathers are in good shape (Condition: Parts Only)
